Inspiring Joy + Growing Flower Lovers

Our flower fields at the historic Jacobs Farm explode with color from early Spring through late fall. Our farm tells the story of the seasons through flowers, beginning with Tulips and Daffodils blooming in the fields in April, Ranunculus and Poppies in May, and Sweet Peas and Peonies in June. Our fields hit their peak with a mass of Zinnias, Sunflowers and so many more varieties of beautiful flowers all summer, ending with our magnificent Dahlias in the fall.

We grow over 50 varieties of specialty cut flowers using the most sustainable, natural methods possible. We have over 1000 flower share members and a seasonal retail flower shop in the historic barn. We host workshops and Cut Your Own Bouquet events on the farm. Our online Shop features our flower shares, weekly flower specials, cutting garden kits, tubers and bulbs for your garden as well as tools, supplies, and gifts for the flower lovers in your life.

Our Roots

Cross Street Flower Farm began on a small plot in our owner, Nikki Bartley's front yard in 2015. Nikki started selling mason jars of flowers to friends and neighbors, and soon word got out about Cross Street's unique, local blooms.

Our fields are located on preserved town-owned farmland at the 300-year-old Jacobs Farm in the beautiful, New England town of Norwell, MA. Norwell is where Nikki and her husband, Scott, live and are raising their three boys. It's a great community, the kind of small town where people wave as you drive by, bring you dinners when a new baby arrives. A town that rallies around families when they need help.

It is especially meaningful that our flower fields are nestled at the historic Jacobs Farm. This historic farm located right on Main Street is an iconic gem in our town, and a link to its agricultural past. We take great pride in revitalizing the farm and creating a beautiful space for our community members to enjoy. We are providing a rare connection back to the roots of our past and provide an ongoing source of inspiration to our community for the future.

People often tell us that walking in our flower fields fills them with calm and peace, and picking up our flowers is the highlight of their week. Our hope is that our flowers will continue to inspire joy and bring a little more beauty and joy into your lives.
